# PayFlex.Health - Program Terms

**Effective Date:** January 5, 2026

## 1. Funding Responsibility

Client is **solely responsible for funding** its payment or benefit programs.

**PayFlex.Health does not advance funds or assume financial risk.**

## 2. Card Use & Restrictions

Cards may only be used for **approved healthcare-related transactions** as defined by the program configuration.

Misuse may result in immediate card suspension and program termination.

## 3. Branding

Programs may be client-branded; however, all materials must include **"Powered by PayFlex.Health"** where technically feasible.

## 4. Data & Reporting

Client is granted access to reporting dashboards and exports.

**Raw banking credentials, ledgers, or payment processor access are not provided.**

## 5. Compliance

Client must maintain KYB approval status. Programs will be suspended if KYB status changes to rejected or pending re-verification.

Client must maintain minimum risk score threshold.

## 6. Program Suspension

PayFlex.Health may suspend or terminate programs for:
- Failed payments
- Risk score below threshold
- Compliance violations
- Terms of Service violations
